Cidi is a partner with the Firm. She is a member of the Transaction and Business Support Group and heads the Firm’s Business Development Team. Her core areas of professional competence and practice interests include Energy Law, Commercial Law, Construction Law and Policy, Entertainment Law and Corporate Governance.
Cidi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Warwick. She also holds a Diploma in Petroleum Law and Policy from the University of Dundee. Her previous work experience covers stints with the Centre for International Environmental Law Washington DC, Petroleum Project International and Siemens Nigeria. Cidi has acquired extensive experience in the Nigerian construction and hospitality sectors with her involvement with Mezra International Limited.
Cidi has developed reputation as an astute negotiator, as well as a passionate and articulate public speaker. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
